Kevin Griffiths regularly gives lectures on his life and career as a conductor. In addition, he offers workshops for companies, dealing with the subject of «leadership», especially in comparison to the field of work of the conductor. If desired, a hands-on experience with orchestra is offered, whereby one feels first-hand, what it means to lead an orchestra. This Crash Course in conducting with professional musicians allows you to see the already acquired insights of leadership experience from a completely different perspective, and thus drawing parallels to your own profession.
